WHY IS STOREKIT ON MY BANK STATEMENT?

If you used a mobile ordering menu recently, your bank statement may show “StoreKit” or “Storekitcom”, instead of the name of the business you made a purchase from. It is likely that you’ve ordered food or drinks from a venue via a StoreKit menu.

If you need any help with a transaction (e.g. to request a refund), you will need to contact the business you made a purchase with, rather than StoreKit. We’re unable to issue refunds or make changes on behalf of the businesses that use StoreKit.
