I cook in Brooklyn. I am unapologetically simple in my approach. I have worked in NYC landmark kitchens such as King, Diner, Marlow & Sons, and Hart’s. Most recently, I was the Executive Chef at food scene newcomer Lalou.I am inspired by the producers, local and small, that bring their blood, sweat, and tears to the product I have the honor of showcasing on the plate.I am dedicated to teaching, creating, and inspiring others through food.
